Nicolas Ker, leader of the French rock group Poni Hoax, associated in recent years with Arielle Dombasle, has died at the age of 50, we learned Monday from the press service of his label.
The cause of death was not specified.
The man was known to have led a rock'n'roll life of excess, as seen in Poni Hoax's insane touring documentary 'Drunk In The House Of Lords'.

Born in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), of a French father and a Cambodian mother, this dandy of the French underground had settled in Paris, where he died. Ker had also composed film scores for Bernard-Henri Lévy, Arielle Dombasle's companion.
