Irschenberg - Three different German public prosecutors were looking for a 39-year-old Opel driver whom the veil investigators of the Raubling border police checked on Tuesday, May 11 at the Irschenberg motorway service station.
And the next criminal charges came right on top.
As the police reported, the investigators stopped the Opel with an Austrian license plate around 8:30 a.m.
The German resident in Austria was unable to show any identification papers or a driver's license.
It quickly became apparent that the Opel was no longer registered.
In addition, there were several wanted notices for the 39-year-old: endangering road traffic, driving without a driver's license and a sexual offense.
When the officers asked whether there were weapons or drugs in the vehicle, the 39-year-old said no.
During the search of the vehicle, however, the police found a loaded alarm weapon and a seal with a small amount of cocaine within easy reach.
The man did not have the required gun license, but he was presumably under the influence of drugs.
After taking a blood sample, the officers reported him for violations of the Arms and Narcotics Act, the Compulsory Insurance and Vehicle Tax Act, the Vehicle Registration Ordinance, suspected misuse of license plates and driving under the influence of drugs. The other public prosecutors also informed the veil investigators.
