Police sources identified the driver as Joaquín Ríos Amado, 33 years old and domiciled in Ciudad Evita, who was accused of the crimes of
"damage and resistance to authority"

that the Buenos Aires Police officers detained a gray Renault Logan and, as he had everything in order, they let him continue.
"But the driver took Chile the wrong way, they wanted to stop him and
not only evaded the order but also fled,
" they explained.
On the version that he could have been drunk, they affirmed: "If he had been drunk, they would not have allowed him to continue. No one reported that he had been like that."
The truth is that, by not braking when they told him that he was going the wrong way, a chase began along General Paz Avenue in the direction of Río de la Plata and even along the collector, since the driver left the highway and then resumed towards the Riachuelo.
