No less than twenty-one African heads of state, the President of the African Union, several European leaders, the staff of the European Commission and Council, the major donors (World Bank, IMF, African Development Bank , EIB and Berd…), the patron saint of the World Trade Organization… All met on Tuesday in Paris, at the Grand Palais, for a summit devoted to the financing of African states, under the leadership of Emmanuel Macron.
The Chinese Vice Premier and the US Secretary of the Treasury participate in video.
The day before, a specific conference dedicated to Sudan was held.
