In the march on October 1st of the previous year, 10 pan-democrats, including Li Zhiying, He Junren, and Wu Wenyuan, all pleaded guilty to organizing unapproved assembly and other crimes yesterday.
The prosecution played in the court this morning (18th) a fragment of the parade on the day of the case for the judge's reference.
He Junren and Yang Sen were sentenced to probation in the 8.18 and 8.31 rallies earlier. The judge dealt with them and the other 4 people on bail in the afternoon. The prosecution immediately requested the cancellation of all defendants’ guarantees. The court is currently processing, "Hong Kong 01" Will follow up with reports.
10 defendants: Chen Haohuan, Li Zhuoren, Liang Guoxiong, He Junren, Yang Sen, He Xiulan, Wu Wenyuan, Li Zhiying, Shan Zhongkai and Cai Yaochang.
All 10 defendants admitted to organizing an unauthorized assembly, another 4 defendants admitted to inciting, and 2 defendants admitted to participating in an unauthorized assembly.
The four defendants Li Zhuoren, Liang Guoxiong, He Xiulan and Li Zhiying are serving sentences for the unapproved assembly of cases on 8.18 and 8.31. He Junren and Yang Sen were also sentenced to probation for these two cases. The court will deal with He, Yang and Chen Haohuan. The bail of 6 people including Wu Wenyuan, Shan Zhongkai and Cai Yaochang.

The case alleged that Chen Haohuan, who was the deputy convener of the FDC at the time, applied to the police for a notice of no objection in September of the previous year. He planned to hold a rally and parade on October 1, but the police refused to approve the notice.
However, Chen Haohuan, Li Cheuk-ren, Leung Kwok-hung, and Ho Chun-jen still held a press conference outside the Court of Final Appeal on September 30, inciting the public to participate in the 10.1 parade and march from Causeway Bay to Central.
On October 1st, Yang Sen and Li Zhiying were interviewed by the media in Causeway Bay. Li Zhiying said that he was only here to "walk on the street."
Before the start, several defendants met with the media. During this period, Chen Haohuan, Li Zhuoren, and Liang Guoxiong spoke, while He Junren, Yang Sen, He Xiulan, Wu Wenyuan, Li Zhiying and Shan Zhongkai stood by to show their support and encouragement.

After arriving at the finish line, Chen Haohuan said that it was not End Game
Before the parade started, several defendants chanted political slogans. 10 defendants and later formed the head of the parade, holding a banner "Ending one-party dictatorship and returning power to the people" or standing behind the banner, leading other participants to march from Causeway Bay to Central.
During the period, they took the lead in chanting different slogans, including "There are no mobs but tyranny." When the head of the team walked to the Wan Chai MTR station, Li Zhuoren led the masses to silently mourn National Day for a minute.

Later, the demonstrators did not disperse and continued to march to the Liaison Office of the Central Committee. Some people gathered in Admiralty and Wan Chai, and riots broke out later on the same day.
The judge said yesterday that he would hear the plea of the defendants next Monday (24th) and sentence him on next Friday (28th).
