Clarín

told this weekend the surprise that a new national survey had generated that showed a recovery in

Alberto Fernández's

numbers

- management and image - and even in the intention to vote of the ruling party for this year. However, in the same study, the President appears relegated in two sensitive fights: the renewal for 2023 and who are the most representative leaders. Above him appear the Head of Government

Horacio Rodríguez Larreta

and Vice President

Cristina Kirchner

.

The survey that addresses these political bids is from

Real Time Data (RTD)

, a consultancy created in 2019 and that makes daily update measurements.

Between May 3 and 9, it surveyed

913 cases

throughout the country.

As this newspaper advanced, within the summary of conclusions an improvement by Fernández was mentioned:

- "The measurement of May registered a

recovery of five points in the presidential approval

. This is one of the few positive variations registered by the Fernández administration, characterized by the persistence of the economic and health crisis."

- "The recovery seems to be due to a

recolumniation of the sectors with greater ideological affinity

, essentially voters of the Frente de Todos and the Frente de Izquierda, on the occasion of the resurgence of the wave of contagions by Covid

The anticipated race for 2023

For several months, within the public opinion monitoring that

RTD

distributes among its clients -in the country and abroad- it has been wondering about the 2023 fight.

"Who would you like to be the next president of Argentina?"

, raises the study and spontaneous duty response, without a candidate guide.

In that anticipated and widely distributed bid,

Larreta leads.

With 16%

, it is enough to be a leader, relegating Fernández (13%) to second place.

Compared to the previous month, both rose, but the opposition leader did much more (increased six points, against two for the President) and

managed to overcome it

.

The table is completed: Cristina 9%, Axel Kicillof 8%, Mauricio Macri 6%, María Eugenia Vidal and Patricia Bullrich 5%,

Sergio Massa

4% and Martín Lousteau and José Luis Espert 3%.

Plus "other" 16% and "none" 13%.

The study also makes a section with what would be the

internals

of the two main spaces.

Alberto Fernández has his little revenge

, since within the Frente de Todos he prevails comfortable (28% against 19% for Cristina and 18% for Kicillof).

While

Larreta confirms his good moment

, in this case adding 33% against 15% of Macri and 12% of Bullrich within Juntos por el Cambio.

The most representative

The other question that the consulting firm repeats in its polls inquires about the "most representative" leaders and sets up another parameter of how people view politicians.

There,

the one who wins by far is Cristina

.

The President, in this case, is third.

With

18%

, the former president confirms that she is the

leader with a more consolidated hard core of support

.

That plus coexists, of course, with rejections that are also very high.

Below but far away they come:

2) Larreta 10%

3) Fernández 8%.

4) Macri 6%.

5) Bullrich 5%.

6) Lousteau and Vidal 4%.

8) Mario Negri, Leandro Santoro and Javier Milei 2%.
