While everything seems to overwhelm Christophe Ellul's dog, the defendant's lawyer pleaded in camera on Friday May 14 before the Amiens investigative chamber in order to obtain the nullity of Curtis' DNA and behavioral expertise, but also that of the designation of the examining magistrate.

A rare procedure, which would de facto result in the cancellation of all investigative acts carried out by the magistrate in the Pilarski case.

For Christophe Ellul, it was "

an important step, but not a final showdown

", underlines his lawyer.

We don't want to give the impression that we are slaved to a track, a predetermined hypothesis. We try to open other doors, we are not supporters ofa ready-made truth

», He affirmed. The investigating chamber is due to render its decision on July 23.
