After the executive board and the supervisory board were elected unanimously, it is now a matter of gaining more members, said board member Franz Obermeier.
He is happy about the appointment.
His colleague on the board, Markus Hösl, has knowledge of project management, rules and statics.
The chairman of the supervisory board, Heinz Schoder, as the manager of a town hall, has experience in dealing with administrations, tenders and awards.
Other supervisory boards have expertise in building management, energy advice or communication technologies.
With Robert Angermaier, who previously ran the bakery on Kirchplatz, "a Lengdorf veteran with a heart for the environment" is also represented on the management level. Obermeier himself also has specialist knowledge: As a self-employed electrical engineer, he is very familiar with the field of biogas. In addition, they have a competent advisor in Max Riedl, who works as a founding advisor at the Bavarian Cooperative Association and helped initiate the Lengdorf cooperative.
While the resolution of the statutes and the choice of persons went smoothly, there was a problem with the joining of the community.
Here the legal supervision had demanded an extended right of posting for permanent representation on the board, which the general assembly did not want to comply with.
Now it has to be clarified how an accession of the community can still be made possible, explained Obermeier.
The Lengdorf municipal council had decided to join the cooperative as a simple member.
Until further notice, Franz Obermeier in his function as councilor of the LOS parliamentary group was appointed as a representative in the general assembly.
Now it is a matter of building the cooperative structure. At the same time, preliminary contracts would have to be concluded with the biogas operators, offers obtained, the funding situation clarified, the operating costs specified and financing options checked, Obermeier listed. "I am sure that our team is very well equipped for the project."
At the moment, Lengdorfer Regionalwärme eG is still working free of charge, with the start of the construction phase it is planned to pay remuneration to the board members.
Since efforts are made to use as few external staff as possible for control, supervision and maintenance, members should take on the tasks as a 450-euro job.
“Local heating will not be a gold mine,” says Obermeier.
In order to bring Lengdorf online, the costs would have to be spread over as many connections as possible.
That is why the recruiting of members - 115 Lengdorf residents originally expressed an interest in the regional heating supply - is the next important step.
