A 22-year-old man followed a 19-year-old girl and used part-time jobs as an excuse to gain the girl’s trust and exchange phone numbers.
Unexpectedly, the man then used 2500 yuan to lure the girl into doing his PTGF (part-time girlfriend), and even doing sexual abuse, scared the woman to go home and call the police immediately.
The police subsequently arrested the man on suspicion of "instigating others for immoral purposes" and "conducting acts against public morals."
The 19-year-old girl was followed by a 22-year-old man on her way back to her residence in Meisong Village, Tai Wai. The other party used 2500 yuan to lure the girl to do her PTGF.

Inspector Lin Yasi, the case supervisor of the fifth team of the Criminal Investigation Team of the Shatin Police District, explained the facts of the case. At about 9:30 pm this Sunday (16th), a 19-year-old woman was caught by a man on her way back to her home in Mei Song Village, Tai Wai. Trailing.
The man succeeded in gaining the trust of the victim and exchanging phone calls with the victim on the grounds of providing part-time opportunities.
The man then asked the victim to act as his PTGF "rental girlfriend", which included some sexual abuse, such as whipping.
The victim returned home immediately after being frightened, and decided to call the police for help after discussing with his family.
The police used the phone number provided by the man to locate the target man and conduct an ambush operation.
The officers arrested a 22-year-old local man near Chik Fu Street in Tai Wai at 8:30 p.m. on the previous day (17th). He reportedly worked as a hair stylist and lived in Tuen Mun.
The arrested man did not know the victim, and it is believed that he was looking for a target randomly on the street.
Police investigations revealed that there were 4 indecent clips of unfamiliar women being secretly photographed in the phone of the respondent.
The police finally arrested him on charges of "instigating others for immoral purposes" and "conducting acts against public morals." He will be detained for investigation.
The police urged that if members of the public have witnessed the above incidents or have experienced similar experiences as mentioned above, they should contact the fifth team of the Criminal Investigation Team of the Shatin Police District as soon as possible (tel. 3661 2550) for follow-up investigations.
