"The dictatorship is very clear that simply regional and municipal elections will not solve the problem for them either," says Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaidó, referring to the option of the government of questioned President Nicolás Maduro.
Guaidó insists that regional and municipal elections do not solve Venezuela's problem and that presidential elections must be safeguarded by an international "arbitrator" who supervises them.
