Vienna-Sana
The European Union’s political director, Enrique Mora, confirmed today that he is completely confident that there will be a final agreement to revive the nuclear agreement signed with Iran.
"We have made great progress over the past ten days, but there are still things to work on and we will meet next week and continue to work on them," Reuters quoted Mora, who coordinates the indirect talks between Iran and the United States, as telling reporters at the end of the fourth round of talks in Vienna.
"I am sure that there will be a final agreement and I think we are on the right path and we will reach an agreement," Mora added.
The talks resumed in Vienna on May 7 with the remaining parties to the agreement, namely Iran, Russia, China, France, Britain and Germany.
Earlier this month, the Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister and chief negotiator in the Vienna talks, Abbas Araghchi confirmed that it was agreed during the talks on the nuclear deal to lift sanctions on several sectors in Iran, especially the oil sector.
