In a statement released in the afternoon, the members of the table

called for the "withdrawal" of the

reform

project

. "It does not meet the broad consensus that these laws need, and does not respond to the urgent and true needs of Argentines who suffer from inflation, lack of vaccines, poverty, insecurity and unemployment," they pointed out, and stated that Together for the Change "considers" claiming the treatment of the Rafecas statement and

"agreeing" with two thirds

to designate him as Attorney.

Radical legislators reproached the head of the interblock in the upper house, in some cases for the delay and in others for the change of position. Other senators complained that they will not vote for Rafecas, in disagreement with the strategy of going for the "lesser evil."

In the virtual meeting of the table, the referents of the coalition sought to settle the discussion and were

willing to endorse Rafecas

to confirm the fall of the reform of the Procuratorate law. "Together for the Change considers requesting the opening of the process and the treatment of the Rafecas statement, and guaranteeing and providing an agreement with two thirds for said designation," they indicated.
