Since Friday, there have also been new easing in the Starnberg district.
These concern, among other things, fitness studios.
The Starnberger Merkur got a picture on site.
District - “It's not just the sport that has been taken from you, but also a family.” As for many, a large part of her life for 26-year-old Lena Zimmermann collapsed when the gyms had to close.
In compliance with the hygiene requirements, the studios in the Starnberg district reopened on Friday.
Distance regulations must be observed, disinfection is carried out regularly, and a mask must be worn when entering and leaving the studios.
But: You can finally train again - and the joy is therefore all the greater.
Strength training in the studio to reduce stress is possible again
Lena Zimmermann usually does sport four times a week in the “body workshop” in Perchting.
Her great love: strength training.
For them it means reducing stress, taking a break, but also social contact.
At home, she kept herself fit as best she could with YouTube videos and home workouts.
"But there is a lot missing, that is to compare with zero point zero," she says.
The mental aspect of training is just too important.

The 26-year-old is now happy to accept the restrictions.
“Better a concept than a ban,” she clarifies.
"I'm really, really happy that I can come back."
Some find the applicable regulations for fitness studios "questionable"
Christian Ott (38) is also happy that he can train again in Perchting, even if he thinks "the regulations are at least questionable".
After all, the “body workshop” has always been extremely clean.

The studio break was particularly hard for Ott: he had torn his Achilles tendon, outdoor sports were no longer an option, and he would have had to rely on training in the gym.
“That was a complete turning point,” he says.
At least the physiotherapist helped with the sports injury, but "once a week is nothing," he says.
Mainly because Ott usually comes to training four times a week.
Many do not want the measures.
Martin Gubo, studio manager of the “Bodywerkstatt” in Perchting, on the applicable requirements
The “body workshop” employs only a few staff in the studio. This is a great advantage in these times because the contacts can be kept low. Nevertheless, courses in groups may only take place outdoors. "There are some customers there, but many of them don't want the measures either," reports studio manager Martin Gubo. Around 40 percent of the athletes would not come under the current conditions. Gubo is not convinced that the situation will soon improve.
In the “Fitness Suite” in Feldafing, the mood is more confident.
The customers are very happy and there is a lot of interest.
And the hygiene concept can be easily implemented through the offer.
“The training is minimalist.
Not that many people come together here, ”explains Managing Director Daniel Reising.
In addition, the "Fitness Suite" had devices for UV air disinfection in the course rooms before Corona, which now contribute to the health safety of the studio.
Hope for early courses in larger groups - because of the community
With a certificate it was for Dr.
Irmela Henze-Reiss (74) was able to come by alone to train before the opening.
The “Fitness Suite” has made special offers possible for its customers in recent months: the athletes could watch videos online and then rent equipment.

Nevertheless, Irmela Henze-Reiss is very happy that she can train on site again.
“I don't feel like buying a device like this in the musty basement,” she says.
Without doing sport three times a week, she noticed that she quickly became stiff: "The older you get, the more important the sport." In addition, the training gives structure.
The 74-year-old would be even more happy if courses in larger groups could soon take place again - because of the community.
Hubris courses are to be offered in the "Sportstudio Herrsching"
Sandra and Peter Nemecek from "Sportstudio Herrsching" want to keep part of the lockdown training plan despite the opening.
Courses should also be possible again with a gap and smaller numbers of participants.
However, they will continue to be offered as “hybrid events” - partly on site and partly via the Internet.

“Some enjoyed the online courses,” says Sandra Nemecek.
Therefore, the live video offer should continue to exist as an addition.
The studio offered a total of 560 live events online during the lockdown.
“The personal was still there,” says Peter Nemecek.
“You can talk normally in the course.
The customers also chat with each other, ”adds Sandra Nemecek.
Then you do 20 minutes longer than you intended.
Eva-Maria Schneider on the advantages of training in the studio
Nevertheless, everyone is happy that it can now be opened again.
Eva-Maria Schneider usually serves two to three times a week in the "Sportstudio Herrsching".
With the online courses, she has not trained as much as she wanted for a long time.
Although she is "able to keep myself fit", she is more motivated in the studio.
"Then you do 20 minutes longer than you intended," says the 51-year-old.
On the first day after the lockdown, she immediately noticed: Training in the studio is good for you.
