In the video: Documentation of a lynching of a young Jewish man in Jaffa on 10/5/21 (security cameras)
During the riots that took place during Operation The Guardian of the Walls in the Mixed Cities, a lynching of Arab citizens of the city of Jewish origin took place in Jaffa.
However, despite clear documentation from the incident, the prosecution filed an indictment for assault - and not for a nationalist motive.
The attack took place about two weeks ago, when at 22:30 a 43-year-old city resident was walking in order to document the disturbances that took place at the place using the cell phone, and with a baseball bat hanging on his left shoulder, he said for self-defense.
In the documentation that reached Walla!
From one of the street cameras, one sees at least eight Arab citizens attacking the same resident, beating him vigorously all over his body until he fell to the road, then dragging him and continuing to kick and punch him.

While lying on the road, the attackers took from him the baseball goddess in his possession, hit him with it, kicked him and punched him. One of them even hit the Jew in the head with a plastic chair, which disintegrated into pieces from the force of the blow. The man by force needed medical attention and filed a complaint with the police.
Jaffa police opened an investigation and arrested four Arab residents who participated in the lynching. Last week, the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office filed an indictment against the four, but despite the documentation and details of the facts in the indictment, it was decided that the section would be for assault - and no nationalist motive was attributed to them. A source in the prosecutor's office said that "it was not possible to prove that the rioters knew that he was a Jew because he addressed them in English."
Although the prosecution did not attribute a nationalist motive to the attackers, the opening of the indictment states that "the incident took place in the midst of a military campaign between the State of Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip, known as Operation Wall Guard." "Thousands of rockets. At the same time, a wave of riots and violent riots broke out across the country, against a nationalist-racist background that included attacks by police and security forces, as well as Jewish and Arab citizens against each other."
