The al-Sanamayn firefighting unit in the countryside of Daraa, in cooperation with the people, extinguished today a fire that broke out between Inkhil and Simlin in the northern countryside of Daraa.
The assistant director of Daraa Agriculture, Engineer Bassam Al-Hasheesh, told SANA's correspondent that the fire affected an area of 250 dunums planted with wheat, and it was extinguished before expanding his circle, calling on citizens to be careful and not burn dry weeds.
Yesterday, the Daraa Fire Brigade extinguished 9 fires that broke out in dry grass in different regions of the governorate.
