The referendum “For a clinic outside the landscape protection area” in the Seefeld community has reached the quorum.
As the citizens' initiative Eichenallee, together with the Bund Naturschutz initiator of the request, announces on its website, 623 signatures were collected within one week (as of Sunday morning).
Seefeld - With 5293 eligible voters, the quorum of ten percent has been reached.
As local councilor Ortwin Gentz (Greens / BI) announced on request, the request will be handed over to the community on Tuesday.
This must check the signatures.
In the next meeting of the municipal council, the municipal councils then have to decide on the admission.
Until then, BI and BN will continue to accept signatures.
The question of the referendum is "Are you in favor of the Seefeld municipality creating the planning-legal prerequisites for a possible new hospital building only on areas outside the current landscape protection area?"
As reported, Seefeld's citizens will probably have to decide on the council request on Sunday, June 27th. His question is: "Are you in favor of the Seefeld community creating the planning-legal prerequisites for the construction of a new hospital on an area east of the new cemetery on Bahnhofstrasse?" in order not to confuse the population, the municipal council has to decide.
