Regional: Bayou (EELV) wants a green plan of 3 billion euros

The candidate of Europe Écologie Les Verts (EELV) for the presidency of the Île-de-France region Julien Bayou proposes the implementation of a green investment plan of 3 billion euros called "Green New deal", in an interview with the Journal du Dimanche.

A "Green New Deal"
