Luck seems to have changed for Amado Boudou.

The condemned former vice president was raffled off as the winner of an official zero-rate mortgage loan for 30 years to build a house in Quilmes.

Luck was revealed in an act that this Tuesday was headed by President Alberto Fernández himself.

The draw was attended by the Minister of Territorial Development and Habitat, Jorge Ferraresi, who heads the Home Own Credits line plan, an official measure that received the full paraphernalia of the Government for its announcement: with official television broadcast and coverage of a drone.

The award to Boudou appears in the pdf document uploaded by the Ministry on its official website, on line 30 of page 213 out of 790. It was discovered there by journalist Diego Cabot, from the newspaper La Nación.

The ID of the person convicted of appropriating the Ciccone money paper factory matches the one on the list.
