In the images, several individuals on motorcycles, without helmets, without license plates, chaining dangerous figures, skids, rear wheels, all in the heart of downtown - even under the mayor's windows.

But the offense, if it has probably shocked many Internet users, is however not much exceptional for the Lyonnais who attend these urban rodeos very regularly, just in front of their homes.
Exasperated by the phenomenon, residents grouped together, under the name of La Presqu'île en angre, have even been trying to alert the authorities on this subject for several months, not to say several years:
