Rouhani: The aggressive nature of the Israeli entity has proven that the only solution to confront it is steadfastness and resistance

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani affirmed that the nature of the Israeli entity, which is based on aggression, proved that the only solution to confront it is steadfastness and resistance.

Iranian News Agency IRNA quoted Rouhani as saying in a telegram to his Lebanese counterpart, General Michel Aoun, on the occasion of the Resistance Day and the anniversary of the liberation of southern Lebanon from the Israeli occupation: that Iran "will continue to stand by Lebanon's government and people in defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity."

Rouhani expressed his hope that Lebanon, with all its strengths and activities, would continue to adhere to the approach of steadfastness and resistance until the liberation of all Lebanese lands.
