SANA monitored the electoral process, as Abdul Mohsen Al-Fayyad confirmed that he came today to vote to choose the President of the Syrian Arab Republic based on his patriotic duty and constitutional right, pointing out that he was deprived of this right in the last presidential elections and could not participate at the time because the town of Shumaytiyah was under the control of armed terrorist organizations.
Al-Fayyad added: He will give his vote to the candidate who is able to lead the country with wisdom and integrity and who can improve the services provided to citizens in areas liberated from terrorism.
Ahmed Al-Nasser from the town of Shumaytiyah said: He is overjoyed because he is casting his electoral vote in his town after the men of the Syrian Arab Army were able to purify it from the abomination of terrorism at the end of 2017, indicating that he participated in the previous presidential elections in the city of Deir Ezzor, where he was displaced from his home and land because of Terrorist organizations take control of it.
Yusef Al-Basis, from the town of Ayyash, indicated that he is participating today in the elections because this entitlement is an affirmation of the unity and sovereignty of Syria, which has suffered from terrorism in recent years but is now recovering thanks to the blood of the righteous martyrs and the heroics of the men of the Syrian Arab Army.
After he finished casting his electoral vote, Yasser Al-Khalaf expressed his happiness because he is participating in these elections, which are considered to consolidate the principles of democracy and freedom, and it is a patriotic duty, indicating that he has given his vote to the candidate who has the ability to adhere to national constants and can work to support the citizen and improve service and living conditions.
Younis Al-Salem pointed out that participating in this election is an affirmation of national sovereignty, and it is a legitimate duty and a right that he was able to obtain after he was deprived of it in the last presidential elections because of terrorism.
