Belgium announced today the suspension of the use of the American “Johnson & Johnson” anti-corona virus vaccine, after the death of a woman who received the vaccine.
The Associated Press quoted the Belgian government as saying in a statement: “The suspension of the vaccine includes those under the age of 41,” noting that this decision came after the death of a woman as a result of a blood clot after receiving the vaccine.
It is noteworthy that the European Medicines Authority announced earlier that it began re-evaluating the use of the "Johnson & Johnson" vaccine, after reports that it caused blood clots.
