The seven-day incidence in Schleswig-Holstein has been falling for weeks, currently it is 21.8 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants. Against this background, the state government is planning new easing steps. From Monday onwards, up to ten people will be able to meet again indoors. The number of households is not limited, as Prime Minister Daniel Günther (CDU) said on Thursday in Kiel. This also applies to gastronomy, where there is still a test obligation within closed rooms.
Larger events should also gradually become possible again.
Depending on the type of event, up to 125 participants should be possible indoors and up to 250 outdoors, subject to conditions. All sports facilities may open again from Monday.
This also applies to fitness studios.
There are also new regulations in schools: From Monday, the mask requirement only applies in closed rooms.
Brothels are allowed to reopen
Also possible: Tourist bus trips are again possible without capacity restrictions, but there are requirements such as the test and mask requirement.
Brothels should also be allowed to reopen under strict conditions.
The recording of contact data, hygiene concepts and tests should be mandatory for clients and prostitutes.
Günther appealed to the people in Schleswig-Holstein to deal responsibly with the easing.
They are only possible because the number of infections has decreased significantly.
In the event of deterioration, measures would also be tightened again.
The current values are low, according to Günther, "but did not fall from the sky".
According to the Ministry of Health in Kiel, the incidence in 13 districts was below 30 on Wednesday, only in Kiel (30.4) and Duchy of Lauenburg (31.3) are the values just above it.
Several districts already have incidences below 20. In Flensburg the number is as high as 8.9, in Schleswig-Flensburg it is 8.0.
