A double corpse case occurred in Mandong Village, Tung Chung. Both the male and female deceased were 22 years old. The two met online in 2019. Last Saturday, the female deceased was invited to the male deceased to fight in Mong Kok, and then lost contact with her family. It was revealed on Tuesday (25th) that two people had fallen dead in a unit in Manshun Building. They had corpses on their bodies and believed to have been dead for a while.
Today (27th), in a unit on the lower floor of Manshun Building where the death case occurred, 2 men and 3 women joined the same Taoist priest to perform the ritual in the corridor in front of the iron gate of the unit. During the period, some people cried out because of grief. It is the family of the deceased male or the family of the deceased female that the ceremonial service is.
The incident occurred when the police received a report from a woman at about 11:30 on Tuesday morning in Japan that she had lost contact with her boyfriend and was worried about an accident.
The police and firefighters went to a unit in Man Shun Building, Man Dong Village, broke into the house to investigate, and found the deceased woman lying on a bed in the lobby. Her lips were black, her neck was pinched and her hands were tied up. The male deceased was found hanging on a nylon rope in the toilet, and the two men had corpses on their bodies.
The police initially discovered that the male and female deceased had met in an online chat group in 2019. Last Saturday, the deceased female was invited to fight with each other in Mong Kok, and then lost contact. The family called the police yesterday (24th) for help, but they did not expect to receive it today. Bad news.
Police investigations revealed that the male deceased had talked to the female friend who reported the crime, during which he revealed that he was unhappy and discussed suicide.
The police also seized a suicide note written by the male deceased at the unit where the crime occurred. The content also mentioned the thought of committing suicide.
The police temporarily classified the case as homicide and suicide. It is believed that the incident involved love homicide and is investigating the relationship between the male and female deceased.
The body of the male deceased was sent to the mortuary by the workers.
