Murielle BM and Gérard M., both aged 54 and living in Ain, were indicted on May 10 for "

criminal association with a view to the commission of organized gang murders

" by an examining magistrate Parisian of the Interregional Specialized Jurisdiction (Jirs) responsible for serious crime, then imprisoned, said one of the sources, confirming

RTL

and

Le Parisien

. According to the other source, the Paris Court of Appeal confirmed on May 21 the detention of Gérard M., who contested it, while the woman withdrew her appeal.

The couple is suspected of having ordered the assassination of Hassan T., a CGT activist considered as a "

embarrassing trade unionist

" by the head of the company and whom it was necessary to "

get rid of

", according to the hearings of two suspects. The project, fomented in early 2020, was unsuccessful: it would have been stopped dead after the arrest in July in Créteil of two men, soldiers of the DGSE, suspected of being on the verge of murdering a business coach. This arrest made it possible, over the course of interrogations, to dismantle a large-scale criminal dispensary, whose main indicted persons, and who knew each other in Freemasonry, are suspected of having also been involved in this project aimed at the trade unionist from Ain.

Frédéric V., considered as the man by whom the missions arrived at the dispensary, told during an interrogation to have “

sympathized

” with the couple to whom he proposed a “

security audit

”. As the discussions progressed, Murielle BM would have spoken to her about "

concerns

" with "

the emergence of a trade unionist affiliated to the CGT

". Frédéric V. would then have evoked the role that could play Daniel B., suspected of being the head of the criminal project of the dispensary, to “

neutralize

” Hassan T., a mission of “

75,000 euros

”. Spotting would then have been made, but Frédéric V. said he told Daniel B. "

to stop

»The preparations following the arrests in the coach's file. The latter said he had "

done everything to prevent it from happening

". Contacted, the couple's lawyers, Frédéric V. and Daniel B., did not respond to AFP. In a statement, the Fnic-CGT indicated that it “

will not be intimidated in this class war

”.
