A thirty-something who worked in a nursery in Saint-Martin-d'Auxigny (Cher) was indicted for rape of three girls between 2016 and January 2021, the Bourges prosecutor's office said on Friday, May 28.
Requests for fellatio and digital penetrations are accused of this suspect, an employee of the structure for ten years.

The man, remanded in custody, "
partially acknowledges the facts,

There are potentially two more victims within the framework of the guard exercised by this gentleman
" in the nursery of Saint-Martin-d'Auxigny, specified the magistrate. The investigation, conducted by the research section of Bourges, began a few days ago after the denunciation of the facts by a young victim, now in primary school. Having heard about the complaint, two other victims then came forward.
If the criminal record of the accused is blank, he nevertheless had to appear before the Criminal Court of Bourges on June 2 for facts "

", said the prosecution. In this case, he was placed under judicial supervision with a ban on working with children. The suspect therefore no longer worked in the nursery since January.
