The charges occurred from September 2015 to February 2019, when girl X was between 8 and 12 years old.
During the trial, the judge ruled that a crime of indecent assault occurred in the Mainland, which proved unfounded.

On the morning of February 7, X was sleeping between the defendant and Y. The defendant touched X's chest, and X complained to Y.
The incident was finally reported to the police and the defendant was arrested in March 2019.
In his defense, the defendant denied that he had sexually assaulted X and explained the incident in Haifeng's third year or accidentally touching X's chest.
He also pointed out that Y had found an affair in Hong Kong and had money ties to Y.
The defendant believed that X was instigated by his mother.
After the jury withdrew from the court for deliberation, it only ruled that the defendant was guilty of two rapes in the charge.
