She makes disjointed remarks
The facts took place on May 14 in Butry-sur-Oise in a street leading to Parmain.
That day, the Val-d'Oise gendarmerie received around 4:45 p.m. an emergency call signaling a person walking on the public road with what could be a hunting rifle.
Two patrols - one from the Auvers-sur-Oise brigade but also from a mobile gendarmerie detachment from Sarreguemines (Moselle) which was nearby - arrive on site in less than seven minutes.
The soldiers then confirm the situation and the presence of the weapon.
"The patrol immediately realizes that this woman is obviously not very well, dangerous for herself but also for others", underlines Colonel Stéphane Brunet, commander of the gendarmerie group of Val-d'Oise.
