Nevertheless, the confusion with the Corona rules has never been as great as it is now.

Munich - The
tz
shows ten important prohibitions and commands in Munich * that apply at the current incidence level (between 50 and 100, because five days are always evaluated).

Museums, zoos and similar leisure facilities
: There is currently no compulsory test here - mind you: indoors.
In outdoor dining in the open air, however, a negative corona test is currently mandatory if two households meet.
In practice, a large number of hosts require tests from all guests.
Maritime shipping
: The situation is also confusing here.
While passengers on the Ammersee, Starnberer See, Königsee and Tegernsee do not have to present a test, passengers on cable cars such as the Zugspitzbahn are currently still obliged to do so.
The reason: Bayerische Seeschifffahrt is considered an approved line service, similar to an S-Bahn or U-Bahn.
Retail
: Beverage markets, bakeries and drugstores are among the businesses that are allowed to open regardless of the incidence, as is well known.
But did you know that goldsmiths and silversmiths, dog salons and insurance offices are also part of daily needs?
Music
: Makes sense, but still sounds bizarre ... According to the framework concept for cultural events in Bavaria, a minimum distance of two meters must be maintained when using wind instruments.
For transverse flutes, however, at least three meters apply.
Wellness
: In everyday life, the use of indoor swimming pools and saunas is still prohibited, the same applies to indoor catering.
In Bavarian hotels, however, everything is allowed (subject to the obligation to test)!
Private meetings
: After a year of restrictions hardly imaginable: parties.
In fact, these are allowed again: namely, if only twice vaccinated and convalescent participate - and a maximum of two households with up to five people who do not belong to one of these groups.
Business trips
: According to the Ministry of Health, there is no obligation to provide evidence of a test when business travelers stay overnight.
It only applies to tourist purposes.
The fact that tourists and business travelers meet in the hotel restaurant in the evening does not seem to matter.
Vacation
: Everything is easier when you cross the Bavarian border into Austria.
For example, you are already vaccinated there if 22 days have passed after the first vaccination.
Contact persons
: People in need of care may designate two relatives who are entitled to a high-priority vaccination.
Does that still make sense if the majority of those in need of care have already been vaccinated twice?
Fitness studio & Co
.: It gets really complicated when companies or clubs set up additional, own rules that are not even mandatory for them.
The
tz
knows about a fitness studio, where the PCR test must not be older than 24 hours (otherwise 48).
Another example: Some golf clubs only allow two people to play golf, but in principle the maximum limit of five people from two households applies.
Corona in Munich: This applies to an incidence of 35 to 50
A ray of hope: if the incidence in Munich does not rise again, level 35-50 will apply from Sunday. Then, for example, the obligation to make appointments and tests in outdoor restaurants as well as obligatory appointments in retail will no longer apply. If the incidence is below 50, face-to-face classes will also apply at all school types in all grade levels from the Monday after the Whitsun holidays (June 7). Maybe things will get easier again with the rules.
