The Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene has suspended its licence for 14 days for illegally expanding its business scope and repeatedly violating the Food Business Regulation.
The FEHD stated that the restaurant is located on the ground floor of Hao Fat Building, No. 18 Sai Yu Street, Yuen Long, and will be closed from today (28th) to the 10th of next month.
The "New Fuxing Authentic Chaozhou Daleng" located in Yuen Long has temporarily suspended its license for 14 days due to illegal expansion of its business scope.

A spokesman for the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department pointed out that the restaurant operators concerned were convicted twice by the court in March this year and fined a total of 3,000 yuan. The department also recorded 30 points for the licensee based on the offense points system. Trading must be suspended for 14 days.
The licensees of the restaurants concerned were also convicted twice by the court in September of the previous year and November last year for failing to properly store uncovered food and illegally expanding their business areas. They were fined $4,800 and were recorded 15 times. The restaurant was suspended for 7 days in January this year.
The spokesman reminded licensees of food premises to abide by the Food Business Regulation, otherwise the license may be suspended or cancelled.
