Yang Runxiong said that he has provided an overall curriculum framework and introduced the key points of Guoan Education, and hopes that the school will start to incorporate the key points into the curriculum as soon as possible, with the goal to be completed by the 2022-23 school year at the latest.

Do not know the numbers of school dropouts and teacher turnover
When asked whether there is a wave of school dropouts and immigration among primary and secondary school students in Hong Kong, Yang Runxiong pointed out that he could not grasp the number of dropouts and the number of students who left Hong Kong for further studies. The statistics will be available after the beginning of school. He has not heard of any schools reporting the wave of teacher leaving and will continue to monitor the situation.
He continued that Hong Kong is a free society and parents and students have the freedom to choose where to study. However, he believes that the quality of education in Hong Kong is high. "Students are sure that they will have a bright future in Hong Kong."
If vaccinated, lower the age, research and arrange injections in school
Regarding the resumption of classes, Yang Runxiong expressed that he hoped that the new school year in September would return to normal classes.
After consideration by the consultants, they believe that the vaccination age can be further lowered. The bureau will discuss with the Food and Health Bureau to facilitate the vaccination arrangements for teachers and students in the school.
Yang Runxiong pointed out that the arrangements for teachers in government schools will follow the policies of the Civil Service Bureau.
