The stake earlier received a notice from the police that, in accordance with the Prevention and Control of Diseases (Prohibition of Group Gathering) Regulations (Chapter 599G), it opposes the June 4th parade on May 30 and prohibits June 4 Day "June 4th" Victoria Park candlelight mourning rally.
The stake will file an appeal to the Public Assembly and Procession Appeals Committee in accordance with Article 16 of the Public Order Ordinance (Chapter 245), hoping to allow the public to mourn the "June 4th" in a lawful and safe manner.
