The Iranian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 198 deaths and 8,876 new infections with the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
And the Iranian Fars news agency quoted the ministry as saying in its daily report that "the total number of infections in the country rose to 2,902,094, including 4,219 people in critical condition and subject to intensive care, while the total deaths from the virus rose to 79,939."
The report pointed out that 2,441,528 people have recovered from the virus, indicating that the total number of vaccines that have been vaccinated with it so far has reached more than 4 million doses.
