A number of German police officers were injured today while dispersing gatherings that violated the rules of the ban imposed to confront the spread of the Corona virus in a number of German cities.
German newspaper Bild reported that five policemen were injured in Stuttgart while dispersing a gathering there, while six people were arrested following riots in the city.
In Hamburg, the police arrested several people after they dispersed about 1,300 people who participated in a noisy party, and the capital, Berlin, witnessed clashes between a number of participants in a gathering in its center and the police.
It is noteworthy that the German authorities continue to impose precautionary measures to counter the spread of Corona, as the number of confirmed cases of the epidemic in the country rose to three million and 679,148, while the number of deaths reached 88,406.
