When turning between Wang and Moosburg, a BMW driver overlooked an oncoming motorcycle on Sunday.
Two people had to be hospitalized injured.

- It had been wonderful spring weather on Sunday morning when a 55-year-old and his 45-year-old pillion toured with their BMW motorcycle from Wartenberg (Erding district) in the direction of the charming Hallertau.
But around 11.30 a.m., a few hundred meters after the northern Moosburg roundabout at the level of the former Normstahl plant near Thalbach (municipality of Wang), the exit came to an abrupt end.
According to the police, a 24-year-old Echinger (Landshut district), who wanted to turn left to a car wash in his 2-series BMW coming from the direction of the walls, apparently overlooked the biker couple - and collided with the motorcycle.

The duo from Wartenberg injured themselves slightly in the fall and had to be brought to the hospitals in Freising and Landshut-Achdorf a little later by the emergency services of the BRK and the Johanniter.
The young driver survived the accident without any injuries, as noted in the PI Moosburg report.
The volunteer fire brigades Wang and Moosburg cleaned the scene of the accident and diverted the traffic to the half-hour full block.
A towing service also had to be called in.
The police were initially unable to provide any information about the amount of damage.
