A dispute over a parking space has become a case for the police in the municipality of Eching.
One young woman had even received a death threat.
Eching
- A 20-year-old Echinger came back from vacation on Friday and found a threatening letter in her mailbox.
The author of the letter was apparently so angry that the woman had parked her vehicle in "his" regular place during her absence that he even threatened to kill the 20-year-old in the letter.
This is a free parking space that is not reserved for anyone, reports Police Chief Inspector Markus Scheimer from the Neufahrn Police Department.
Handwriting transferred
In the course of the investigation, the officers were able to use the handwriting to determine the 39-year-old neighbor of Echingerin as the author of the lines.
The man is now awaiting a criminal complaint for threat.
