An armed man was wanted Sunday morning at Lardin-Saint-Lazare, in Dordogne, after shooting at the gendarmes called for a family dispute, announced the prefect of Dordogne Frérédic Périssat, according to an AFP correspondent.

There was a family dispute last night with a man who is armed, when the gendarmerie came he opened fire.
We are in the process of identifying this person who is therefore armed
”, declared the prefect on France Bleu Périgord, shortly after 7:00 am, asking“
the population to stay at home locked up, not to move
”.

A security perimeter has been put in place.
Everyone must stay at home while waiting for the operation to be completed,
