Fischbachau - On Friday in front of the Edeka in Fischbachau / Hammer there was an argument between a 42-year-old Fischbachau resident and an employee there.

According to the police, the 42-year-old had disregarded the ban on him at 5:20 p.m. and was therefore expelled from the property by the Edeka employee.

The heavily drunk Fischbachauer then hit the employee - also with a wooden stick.

The employee sustained head and hand injuries.

The attacker drove away on his bike.

As a precautionary measure, the employee was brought to the Agatharied hospital by the rescue service.

The police initiated criminal proceedings against the 42-year-old for dangerous bodily harm, threats and trespassing.

Witnesses are asked to report to the Miesbach police station on 08025/2990.
