- On Friday (May 28), according to the Munich police, several reports were received about people celebrating in the Akademiestraße directly at the University of Munich * at around 8.30 p.m.
As a result, several police patrols in Munich * drove to the site and found that over 100 people were partying, shouting and drinking alcohol.

The officials asked the celebrants to leave the location.

According to the Munich police, there were up to 250 people at the top.
The alcohol ban was violated in isolated cases.
At around 1 a.m., the celebrants were asked to leave there too.
Occasionally, people were reported to have violated the alcohol ban issued there.

The Ludwigstrasse and Leopoldstrasse area was also heavily frequented.
There, too, several disturbances of the peace were reported.
When the officers there also addressed the celebrating people in a targeted manner, a bottle was thrown at a police vehicle at around 01:30 a.m. at Odeonsplatz *.
Several male people were arrested as part of the search.
A possible involvement in the crime is currently still being determined.
In connection with the operation, there was also an insult to the forces deployed.

In the night from Saturday to Sunday, disturbances were also reported at the above-mentioned locations.
Here, too, the officials pointed out compliance with the protection against infection and asked the celebrants to leave their seats.
The 52-year-old is being investigated by the federal police for abuse of emergency aid facilities as well as faking a criminal offense and false suspicion.
