Homs, SANA- The stage of the House of Culture in Homs hosted a screening of the film “You are wounded,” written by Qamar al-Zaman Alloush and directed by Naji Taam.

The stage of the House of Culture in Homs hosted a screening of the film You Are Wounded, written by Qamar Al-Zaman Alloush, directed by Naji Ta'my, and produced by the General Authority for Radio and Television.

The feature film, which is shown over two days, attended by a large audience from the people of Homs, tells a human story with a continuous plot inspired by reality during the war period, and reflects the determination of the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army in their defense of the land, as well as depicting the social aspect of their lives and their connection with their families and loved ones.

The artist Tawfiq Iskandar, who plays the role of an army officer and a field commander in the film, indicated in a statement to SANA’s reporter that “You are wounded” embodies a story from the heart of Syrian homes that taught their children to love the homeland and presented them to it, stressing on documenting the heroism of our people who gave birth to our brave soldiers so that generations know what It happened and sacrificed so that we can stay.

At the end of the film, a number of attendees indicated that it was very realistic and influential, and that the actors Khaled Shabat and Bilal Martini had mastered the role of the Syrian soldier despite their recent acting experience.

It is noteworthy that the film will be shown tomorrow at the same time on the theater of the House of Culture in Homs.
