The Director General of Civil Aviation at Beirut Airport, Engineer Fadi Al-Hassan, asked all airlines and ground service companies operating at the airport to implement new procedures related to passengers arriving in Lebanon from the United Kingdom and Brazil.
Al-Hassan clarified in his instructions that passengers coming from Britain and Brazil must carry a negative laboratory test from recognized laboratories that shows that the traveler is free of corona and that they have a hotel reservation in Lebanon for a period of five days at the traveler’s expense.
The total number of new infections with the Corona virus emerging in Lebanon reached 539,888 cases, while the deaths amounted to 7,711, according to the statistics of the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
