An illegal campfire called the police at Walchensee on Friday evening.
A Munich man who was sitting by the fire now has even more trouble on his neck.
Urfeld / Sachsenbach - A 22-year-old Munich resident certainly never imagined that the cozy barbecue evening at Walchensee would end like this.
In any case, he now has a whole bunch of advertisements on his neck, which, in addition to a lot of annoyance, will cost him dearly.
Police are alerted about the campfire
As the police reported, a message was received on Friday evening at around 8.30 p.m. that vehicles were parked on the Urfeld-Sachsenbach connecting road and that a campfire could be seen on the lakeshore.
The road is closed to all types of vehicles.
According to the police, a campfire is not allowed in the nature reserve there.
Officials notice the smell of marijuana
When the patrol arrived at the cozy spot on the lake, they met the 22-year-old from Munich and a 23-year-old tourist from Luxembourg.
They grilled next to their VW Golf.
Bad luck for the two: The police officers immediately smelled that not only sausages were being grilled.
The marijuana scent was clear.
Vehicle keys are secured
The officials examined the Gulf and promptly found it.
It was possible to secure marijuana that belonged to the Munich resident.
Since the two after-work enthusiasts were clearly under the influence of narcotics, the police secured the vehicle key to prevent them from continuing their journey.
The Munich resident is now expecting criminal proceedings for possession of narcotics and an administrative offense procedure for barbecuing in the nature reserve and driving on a blocked road.
His friend also has to answer for the forbidden grilling.
