The right-wing party will convene this morning (Sunday) at 10:00 for a crucial faction meeting at which Chairman Naftali Bennett is expected to announce his decision to join a rotation government in partnership with Yesh Atid chairman Yair Lapid.
At the same time, MK Ayelet Shaked, number two to the right, is setting up a right-wing government led by Fox rotation Saar Netanyahu, despite new hope to argue that a formal offer was not accepted such Netanyahu.
Bennett announced Shaked that if efforts do not bear fruit until the faction meeting this morning, He will announce that he will form a rotating government with Lapid, and it is expected to support the move.
MK Amichai Shikli, who announced that he will vote against the Bennett-Lapid government, will be absent this morning from a right-wing faction meeting in Raanana.
MK Nir Orbach, sixth on the right-wing list, is considering whether to resign or support the Bennett-Lapid government, if it arises. People around him say that the possibility of voting against it is out of the question.
