At 4 pm today (30th), in Festival Walk, 80 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, a 52-year-old woman surnamed Lin fell from a height, lying on the ground on the second floor of the lower basement, and crushed a handrail. In the elevator, shards of glass were scattered all over the floor. Many people called the police for help, and the store staff pulled up a blue tent to cover up the female victim.

The ambulance rushed to the scene, and the woman victim was unconscious and rushed to Caritas Medical Centre. Unfortunately, the rescue was ineffective and she was certified dead.

The police investigated at the scene and found no suicide note, and sealed off a railing on the second floor, which is 6 floors away from the place where the victim was lying. It is initially believed that the victim fell off the building after climbing the railing.

It is understood that the deceased was a supermarket employee and the police are investigating the cause of his fall.
