At about 6 am today (31st), the police received a security report saying that an old man was sitting critically by the window of a unit in Tian Jian Building, Tian Wan Village, Aberdeen, and his hand was injured. After the police and the fire department arrived at the scene, The 69-year-old man surnamed Wang jumped down and fell on the platform. He was certified dead at the scene.
The police did not seize the suicide note at the scene, and the cause of death has yet to be determined after an autopsy.
It is understood that the deceased has a medical record.
