A traffic accident occurred on Tuen Mun Highway. At 8:51 am today (31st), snail cars, private cars, and tractors drove along Tuen Mun Highway towards Tsuen Wan.
When approaching the Tuen Mun Town Plaza, the three cars collided with each other. The private car was sandwiched between the snail car and tractor and pressed into a "sandwich". The body was deformed and damaged.
A man and a woman in the private car were trapped and sent to hospital sober.
The Transport Department announced that due to a traffic accident, the central and slow lanes of Tuen Mun Road towards Kowloon near Tuen Mun Town Plaza have now been closed.
Motorists can only use the express lanes, and the current traffic on the site is heavy.
