Around 8:10 p.m. Friday evening (May 28), the emergency brake was pulled in the stationary S-Bahn * at the Hirschgarten * stop.

The Federal Police in Munich advanced.

The officers quickly found out that there was no real emergency.

Instead, two men had just quarreled.

The person addressed, a 32-year-old Greek, did not notice this because, according to the Federal Police, he was listening to music.

When the 32-year-old noticed that he was being photographed, he confronted the 52-year-old and asked him to delete the pictures.

The 52-year-old then pressed the emergency button and then pulled the emergency brake.

The 52-year-old then told the police * that he had been beaten by the younger man, but this was not confirmed by several witnesses.

After the man complained about health problems on site, the emergency services were called in.

During the subsequent transport and stay in the clinic, the man was accompanied by federal police officers and later transferred to the Munich East district.

When he complained about health problems there again on Saturday morning around 3:30 a.m., he had to go to a hospital again under guard before he could be taken to the judicial authorities at around 2 p.m.

The 52-year-old is being investigated by the federal police for abuse of emergency aid facilities as well as faking a criminal offense and false suspicion.
