The Bretons scored three tries, against five for the Basques, including that of winning beyond regulation time.
In the final of accession to the Top 14, next week in Montpellier, Vannes will face Usap, victorious a little earlier from Oyonnax (27-15).
The winner of the final will be promoted to Top 14, the loser will play a dam against the 13th of the Top 14, the Section Paloise or the Aviron Bayonnais.
