A traffic accident occurred in Cheung Sha Wan.
At 2 o'clock in the morning on Saturday (June 5), a BMW private car was driving along Lai Chi Kok Road towards Sham Shui Po.
On the way to the junction of Cheung Mo Street and off Cheung Sha Wan Police Station, he lost control and crashed into the iron railings of the pavement, and then shoveled the pavement, smashing the outer wall of the Wing Sun Industrial Building opposite the police station.
After the accident, a female passenger in the car suffered minor injuries and was sent to Caritas Medical Centre for treatment; the male driver was unharmed and was present to assist in the investigation afterwards.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
