The renewed interest in the lab crash trail has rekindled speculation about the links between Chinese virology research and the United States.
Doctor Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases and Joe Biden's main adviser on public health issues, finds himself at the center of a controversy concerning this funding, suspended since the summer of 2020.
